Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Tuuli ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery network to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition.

Most of our linens and cottons are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the natural fibers.
